As part of the recent Mana Tiaki Week, Cook Islands Tourism included an evening of tourism information sharing with Professor Simon Milne from the New Zealand Tourism Research Institute, at the USP Centre in Takamoa.
Simon, who is no stranger to our little paradise, has been conducting tourism research in the Cook Islands for over 30 years, and thus, contains a wealth of knowledge on our number one industry.
His presentation on the latest findings from the International Visitor Survey (IVS), Business Confidence Index survey, and recent Community Survey, was well received by all those who attended. We’d like to extend a big Meitaki Maata to Simon for his insightful presentation. For more information, please contact Maire McFadzien.
