With the ocean beckoning, Fiji’s beautiful interior is largely unexplored. Maintained trails in Fiji’s National Parks offer some of the best treks in Fiji. These include the Sigatoka Sand Dunes (Sigatoka), Bouma Forest Reserve and Lavena Coastal Walk (Taveuni) and Colo-i-Suva Forest Reserve (Suva) and Koroyanitu National Park (Nadi).
Quadbike off-road buggy tours make exciting jaunts into the unexplored interior on the big island (Viti Levu). Some companies such as combine these high-speed excursions with other activities like the Sabeto mudpools, ziplining, waterfall and village visits. These tour companies are based in Pacific Harbour, Sigatoka and Nadi.
